Your cookie banner makes a promise.
Does your site keep it?

Most sites load tracking services before a visitor agrees to anything. Usually nobody inside the company knows. We measure it and hand you the evidence.

Free single-page scan, no call and no signup. The full audit is $600.

What we actually do

Your consent banner tells visitors that certain things happen only after they agree. Whether the code on the page behaves that way is a separate question, and it is rarely checked. Tags accumulate over years. Agencies, contractors and marketing tools each add their own. A banner installed later does not automatically hold any of them back.

We load your page in a real browser with an empty cookie jar, and then touch nothing — no click, no scroll, no keypress. Whatever loads in that window loaded before your visitor agreed to anything. Then we accept the banner, confirm the acceptance actually took effect, and capture again.

The difference between those two states is what your banner is really gating. Sometimes it is most of the page. Sometimes it is nothing at all — which is its own kind of answer.

What you get

A PDF covering your entry page plus two more, written to be handed straight to a client or to your lawyer without editing.

  • Every third-party organisation your pages contact before any interaction — named, with who operates it and what they do
  • Session recording and device-identification services called out separately, not buried under "analytics", because they do a materially different thing
  • A page-by-page presence table — normally the fastest way to find where a tag was added
  • Every cookie, with its domain, lifetime and flags. Never the values.
  • What changed after accepting the banner — the part your banner is actually holding back
  • Where the browser appeared to be located, because banners are frequently region-gated and a report that hides this is describing a visitor you may not have
  • Plain-English next steps, and an explicit list of what the scan cannot tell you

Every report is read by a person before it reaches you.

What this is not

We do not tell you whether you are complying with any law. The report records what loaded and when. It does not say — and is carefully written never to imply — that anything on your site breaks any rule. That judgment depends on your jurisdiction, your visitors, your contracts, and facts a page scan cannot see. It belongs to a qualified lawyer.

What the report does is give that lawyer something concrete to work from: a dated, methodical record of observed behaviour instead of a general worry.

We also will not tell you a domain is safe because we do not recognise it. If it is not in our data, the report says it was not identified — not that it was cleared.

If you want continuous monitoring rather than a point-in-time audit, we are not the right fit, and there are subscription tools that do that well.

Straightforward, and published

Free
Single-page scan

One page, the headline numbers, no cost and no obligation. We confirm you control the site, run the scan, and send you what we found.

Additional pages $150 each  ·  Rush turnaround, two business days +$200

Reports are delivered within five business days of your pages being confirmed. Rush brings that to two.

No subscription. No dashboard to log into. One document, delivered by a person.

Why the free scan first

Because you should see the finding before you pay for the report. If the free scan comes back clean, we will tell you that, and you should not buy anything.

You pick the pages, before you pay

After the free scan we map which pages of your site are actually reachable and send you the list. You choose the three that matter most. That step is free too, and it means nobody pays for a page that turns out to be broken.

Why people ask

Tracking-technology claims have become common. A defence-side summary from February 2026 notes that "nearly 4,000 privacy claims have been filed in states nationwide" since 2022, across statutes in "approximately 28 states", and that "demand amounts are typically between $15,000 and $40,000".

We cite that as context for why people ask, not as a statement about your site. We have no idea what is on your site until we look, and neither does anyone else selling you something.

Request your free scan

One form. No call, no signup, no scheduling link. We reply with the numbers, usually the same day.

Your entry page. We'll suggest the other two after mapping your site.

We only scan sites our customers own or operate, and we need that confirmed before anything runs. This is not a formality — it is the line between a service you asked for about your own property and unsolicited scanning of someone else's, and we keep it clearly.

We store your name, email, organisation and the URL you gave us, plus the confirmation above. Nothing else. Non-clients are deleted after 90 days.
